A problem occurred from the installation of a new TV. The new sound bar was placed so that the signal from the remote to the TV was blocked. After the installation we asked for another Geek person to resolve why our TV remote commands were not working. The second geek person figured it out in a short period of time. I give the Geek Squad five stars because they work on the problem until it's resolved. The Geek Squad at the Ahwatukee , A Z Best Buy store is outstanding.

this is a good remote but is antiquated as I bought it about 5 years ago. I may buy a new one so I can control the smart TV with it

The hard drive in our DVR burned out and DISH sent us a new one. However our Harmony all in one controller would not work. It turned out that it needed to be linked to the new DVR and it was not possible to do unless you are trained to do so. The tech came to the house and got it all set up and it works just fine now.

Getting the appt was absolutely Horrible, it took exactly 3 canceled appts for me finally to get a solution for my dying (they don’t sell anymore) Harmony Elite remote. Hopefully, this review will help someone you can use your phone as a remote. Great service from the geek squad rep! Finally, I can watch TV!

After Harmony was programed properly the remote works great, turns all the components on and off the way they should. This is worth the price
