The gentleman who helped me was kind and did not belittled me for not knowing how to work the tablet. He was knowledgeable and I was able to ask dumb questions and was not judge for not knowing. A few times I got hands-on instructions which will be very helpful in managing the tablet. Overall experience was nice and I feel that I can get future help from the Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Louis did a fantastic job of finding the problem and fixing what was wrong with the remote. I would give him 5 stars but I realized after he left all the channels say unavailable> This means I do not have a guide.
The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I tried to rectify the problem on the phone, and I was cutoff twice. The missing star is for Total Techs phone customer service system.

The tech came and fixed my harmony remote but created another problem. That’s been 4 weeks ago.
I call him and text him but no response.
Any thing i do on the talking to my tv turns on my Sony 5.1 surround amp. I have to turn of off constantly.
