I had to make 2 appts to have universal remote re-programmed. Each appt I explained my schedule, and each time I was placed at the end of the morning route, which would have made me late to work. Once the service occurred, it was quick and efficient. We love the surround sound, but any time there is a change in cable service, we will have to call Best Buy Geek Squad for re-programming. It would be nice to be able to do that remotely or on our own. Also, we thought that since we were Elite members, that service calls would have been covered.

This remote is amazing! Tech installed it and allows us to use just one remote and cabinet doors can be closed.

I bought this service to program and learn how to use the additional features of the remote control that had come with the TV. However, this service was designed to set up an optional - additional - remote control that I could have bought, but had not . The person who came out was nice, but there was nothing he could do for me. Since the service call was based upon a misunderstanding, Best Buy did refund my money.

We are not tech savey so when we needed to program our universal controller we called on the Geek Squad. We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Good communications prior to visit and timely arrival. A very courteous Service Tech took his time, set up all the devices we requested and tested controller with all devices several times to ensure all was working appropriately and consistently. He then carefully demonstrated and taught us how to use our new controller. Good guy, great experience.

The Squad set up and mounted 3 TV's (55', 65" and 75") along with Sonos soundbars on two, and then provided detailed instructions on how to operate all the TV's and the Sonos system. Very professional, and done in a timely manner.

James and Gerry (set up Harmony Elite) are gentlemen and represent Best Buy well. We have been struggling to get Harmony Elite figured out, but we're catching on. The unit still does not shut Denon receiver off, would like this corrected. Would like James to trouble shoot/correct, he is knowledgeable, since previous service rep Leon (contracred by Best Buy) was a complete disaster.

Agent set up in easily and I didn't have to think about it, but now that I saw what he did with Harmony app I think I could have done easily enough. He saved me plenty of time as he knew all the right choices to make so certainly was convenient. The Geek Squad projector and components install was priceless as they brought four guys out and had everything installed in like an hour. That would have taken me forever.

This is our 2nd programmable remote. The !st one lastest about 4 years through 2 kids and 2 dogs. It makes it so easy to enjoy TV!!

The product is adequate for our needs. The installers were exceptional in performing their duties.
