Our remote control was connected quickly.
unfortunately we are having the same kinds of problem with the new one that we had with the old one. That is the buttons just don't work sometimes. Sometimes I have to turn it off by the button on the actual TV set. Often it will not change channels nor mute the sound for several minutes. Sometimes we turn it off and turn it back on and then it works.

Geek Squad set up our Apple TV & Universal Remote!

The Geek Squad Agents set up our new Apple TV and Universal Remote. They got it all the devices connected and remote programmed quickly and efficiently! I’m so glad we paid for their service. It is definitely worth it! They even helped trouble-shoot a problem with a second TV in another room. The Agents were professional and friendly and considerate. I highly recommend the Geek Squad service!

My remote was stuck on one channel and could not be turned off. I had to unplug the TV in order to turn it off. Service person came in and using the remote corrected the problem. Although I don't know why it happened in the first place as I went to turn it off one evening and it would not go off nor could I change channels.
