He explained the process and worked with me to understand how to use the new remote. He is a stellar IT guy and Best Buy is fortunate to have him on their team. Took Them Awhile But Did Get Set Adjusted Well

They would serve the company better if everyone stayed on the same page. First time I had it adjusted it was fine when a different person came out and did this adjustment put down the job done by the first person. Both did a good job and they should always support each other.
