Well worth the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The geek squad did it all put the stand together , mounted the new Sony OLED tv and hooked up our existing soundbar, programmed the new harmony remote and explained everything and answered all our questions and more. Also had them install our new Sonos amp and connected to our existing outside speakers and it rocks. they did a great a job . well worth the money !!

Set-up for Harmony Remote

Called advising his ETA and he arrived just as he said. He quickly set up our new Harmony 665 Universal Remote and tested it several times, working out any possible bugs that we may encounter. He understood we are "technically challenged" and fully explained how to use the remote and the special features on it. VERY well worth the price we paid for the service!

Total Tech Is Well Worth The Money

Unfortunately, due to a problem with the new Spectrum box, he was not able to finish all of the programing. Now that the Spectrum problem is solved, the Geek Squad tech is scheduled to come back at the end of this month to finish the job. I am very happy that I purchased Total Tech.
