Agent sat with our preferred Logitech remote. In the end , the keypad didn’t work. He was honest and attentive and disappointed that ot didn’t work , as were we.

Anything you want, press and aim, through media wood cabinets. All on one remote... Faaaabulous !!!!

Installers arrived on time. They made installation appear to be a breeze. My other components were connected without problem.

The agent arrived right at the scheduled time. He connected my new Denon receiver to my system quickly and then reprogrammed my remote. He even returned later that day to connect another component which I ran out and purchased at the last minute to complete my system. He was very friendly and efficient and provided great service.

I purchased a service, not a product. The programmer missed a couple of functions on the remote. For TV, have to press help to get sound. Also, TV function to change picture size does not work, which it did with the old remote. Technician could have done a better installation. It took an hour of phone time to schedule the appointment and do not want to go through the phone time to get a new appointment to correct the programming. Perhaps this review will help to get a response.

Geek squad came out and installed my Play station 5. They also hooked up my universal remotes and they moved my other devices to different tvs. Geek squad set up multiple receivers. They set up my xbox to my receiver in the guest bedroom. Before geek squad, they tested all receivers, all tvs, all universal remotes and all gaming systems.
