The geek squad is very professional

They even had covers for their shoes when they came in ! They clean up after themselves and are very thoruogh about explaining all the features before leaving. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the newly installed products before leaving. They gaave us their card with reassurance that they were available to answer any qustions we might have in the future.

Geek Squad knows its stuff
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As part of a half day of system installs (Harmony Hub, Sonos, TV, etc.) the Geek Squad member came to the house and took care of everything. The Harmony Hub was recommended to us by an In-Home Advisor to integrate our televisions with Alexa voice control. The technician knew what they were doing and set up everything and taught us how to handle it all. Well worth the money to have the install done by a Pro. Great experience.
