I really like the Harmony remote device ,the only recommendation I would make to the company is that they provide directions for many possible lapses that could occur. The Geek Squad techs are the best and can fix any mishaps,but i should not have to keep paying for service calls when if it came with clear instructions about what to do if:i.e.,occurs,if the the techs are aware of FAQ's,why isn't the consumer told? Thank you for your interest.

Can’t really rate them…on July 8 I scheduled this service for July 28. On afternoon of July 27 got a text telling me it was time to schedule the service. I had to go online and find out that “due to unforeseen circumstances” my appointment the next day was cancelled and I had to re-schedule it. Their next available time that was 3 weeks later…I’m hoping they will actually come out and do the job I paid them to do six weeks earlier

My last one broke when I dropped it so I bought this updated one. Works great

Once again I was very happy with the geek squad on the installation of my Logitech remote

The tech reprogrammed the remotes to accommodate changes in Dish hardware. They work fine now.

It took 3 times for Geek Squad to finally get my Harmony remote programmed to work with my new Sony smart TV, Directv, and surround sound speakers. If they don't get it right, you go to the bottom of the list and have to wait another 2 weeks or so before they come back out.

Difficult to set up. Cost $50 for Best Buy to set up, but once set up its's very easy to use
