My remote was easy to setup because I had the Geek Squad do it. Easy to operate and my wife loves it.

Geek Squad is superior in service, but I am fed up with Best Buy's auto-messages when telephoning! It not only took excessive time to get to the correct transfer, but it is infuriating to hear repeated touting of offers to BUY, BUY, BUY and then hear someone whose accent I cannot understand and who speaks too softly to hear,. Your automated telephone answering makes me not willing to deal with Best Buy

Very pleased with our new harmony remote controller.

Just got a new Harrmony remote and they still are best option for the money you have to pay 4-5 times as much to get more sophisticated Universal Remote. My only complaint is as i said this a replacement [my third Harmony 650} . They only last about 2 years and then bottons stop working consistently which in addition to replacement cost $99. for Geek Squad to progam. {If you are Tech Savvy you can do it yourself]

I bought a nice theater system and when I moved the HDMI cable from the blue ray to the surround processor I lost the remote that the TV was utilizing , and since I bought a 7/2 system, optical sound from the TV wouldn't do it because that's 5/2 ,, so I bought the remote and had the Geek squad come and set it up ,, there is absolutely no way I would have been able to do what he did ,, not even if I spent the whole day on it ,,

I was not sure you could do this much with this remote. He did a great job and made my life easier.

We always use Geek Squad when we have anything installed from Best Buy. They are always professional and thorough. They always confirm what we want done and explain what they are going to do and why. They explain the function very well and make sure we understand everything and don't have any questions before they leave. I highly recommend their services.

Techs programmed my remote quickly and it works flawlessly.

Installer set up the TV, sound bar & remote. Remote didn't work as it should. He recommended we exchange it for one that didn't have a touch screen. We returned the original remote & were going to get the other model but it would have cost another $150 for them to come back out to set it up. This was after being told we wouldn't be charged so we didn't get a remote at Best Buy. Had Comcast come out & set up our cable remote that works great.
