Great remote sensitive keys

Love My Programmed remote

55" Samsung TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The TV is about the same as our old one whose pixels had begun to wear or whatever happens when you see lots of gray in all the faces. The best part is the service we got with installation and then a folllow-up call. We had side panels showing up on some channels and had to call for help. Roy was excellent. We'd be sure to buy at best buy just because of Roy's courteous and professionalism.

Great value

I've done another Harmony one, and while it's not rocket science, but it's nice to get up and running without the trouble. In the notes from the setup, I received the login information for the account they setup with the saved configuration so I can easily take it from here.
