I'm so glad I called them to set up my remote. Don't be intimidated. Our guy Cory from the geek squad came to program the remote and he showed me everything and how everything works. The product and the service was phenomenal! It was easy to use and we never have to hassle with 4 different remotes. It's All in one and goes perfect I. It's little sleek holder.

The instillation of the Logitech Harmony 665 Advanced Remote Control was completed by your Geek Squad Tech Jesse. He recommended additional devices which we purchased and these items now need to be installed.thus we request Jesse's services once more.

The Harmony 665 put my entertainment center in complete harmony with each other and me eliminating 4 separate remotes! I’m 80 years old and not tech savvy but don’t need to be with this gadget. It even controls an old dvd-vhs recorder I keep to transfer my old home movies! Only downside is small button labels. Harder for these old eyes to read and backlighting could be brighter.

The technician arrived promptly reprogrammed our remote and everything works great!

He arrived timely and reprogrammed my remote which unfortunately is no longer a priority product in the line. He was unable to add features that were included in previous releases of the software for this model, but did the best he could do. I'm disappointed the software doesn't include features that I enjoyed.

After first getting told where to find the cleaners, sales person finally came back to check on me. I had to probe for the information about the products--finally he took me back to the TV/stereo dept where the sales guy there gave me the info I needed to make an informed decision. Didn't like the initial "drop Off"--I want to showed personally and told the product info from the start
