Polite and respectful techs. 1st Tech didn't check operation of new tv controller and I had to have second Tech visit next day to thoroughly recheck controller and verify all component operation. 2nd Tech corrected some operational glitches and now new Logitech works as advertised.

Greg Friendshuh (my Geek Squad field installer) did a fantastic job of programing my Harmony Remote to all of my Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system, Sony CD player, my Samsung Blue Ray CDC player, Marantz receiver and my MAX Freestream Box for internet streaming. VERY SATISIFIED!!!

Really nice guy but he knows his business very well and speaks above what a normal person understands. So I paid for him to come out and make sure everything is working but I am still having issues understanding how to work the stereo along with the very expensive base speaking. I just wish he could have walked me through the products better

It was good to have the service. The remote was still a challenge to install. After the Geek Squad left, I still needed help knowing how to use the remote. Spoke with him on the phone. Now it is working.

Service call was made as scheduled. Technician was great. However, all he had to do was reset the remote. He showed me how to do it if necessary in the future. I had previously taken it in to my local Best Buy and no one there could help. Someone in the store should have been able to tell me how to reset the remote and save me $100.

The technician came to the house and in a very orderly way indicated that the new remote was not the problem it was my rechargeable batteries. He gave me the information to request a replacement of the batteries and suggested returning the new remote. I did this and called the Geek Squad and they sent me new batteries at no charge. This saved me a lot of money and my problem solved.

Geek Squad came out to my home to trouble shoot a problem I was having with movies, Netflix, You Tube, and Pandora not coming up on my TV. Turns out that I had a major power surge, that baked my modem and cable box. The so called surge protector power strips I was using, didn't stop the surge. Glad my computer was plugged into my APC Surge Protector, which I purchased Many years ago, from Best Buy.
