having one remote makes it so much easier to use when watching TV

The agent mounted the TV and connected it to our harmony remote although the remote signal is too weak to power up the tv. Chris worked very hard to get things right for us. He was very helpful.

I would highly recommend this feature to those that are using three or more remotes with their tv/stereo system. I should have included this feature from the start, but originally thought it was an extra cost that I could live without. Now I use one remote and it feels like a luxury compared to the three remotes that I had to deal with previously.

This is much simpler to use than the one I got with cable.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my system. Agent took the time to replace a cable that had been cobbled together causing picture issues so we have the best picture the new TV provides.

I'm threatened by all technology, but this Harmony is a simple fix for my new TV. It is a small remote, perfect for my hand size. The "screen" lets me choose what to watch -- live TV, Smart TV, DVD -- just by touching. I can set up my favorite channels on a different screen, and even I can help myself with the Menu screen.

Geek tech was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the remote.

The service at my home was great. We spent almost 5,000 dollars in merchandise . I felt I could ask questions and they were willing to help. The installers were very professional and cleaned up when they were done with the home theater install. My computer hat 27 virus's and the geek squad got it running great with no problems. I also bought warrantys on everything so I would have no worries.
