My agent went over and beyond to help me solve my issue! Very grateful!

They always do a great job and explain how to use without reading the directions

My opinion is they thought I didn't know much about digital and HD products and I have two full systems and 6 other T.V. and I know what I am doing. After they realized I knew what I was talking about they said, you can go that way and did it with the cables I already had. Picture and sound are perfect. Great set up after that.

A little pricey but we bought this add on with the delivery and mounting of the TV. We wanted to feel secure that the remote was properly set up and the TV was connected to the internet and everything worked as it should. The Geek Squad was very knowledgeable and professional and made sure all was working before they left.

The agent brought in a longer termed employee and fixed the problem partially...TV still does not turn on or off with the remote

Guys arrived promptly and went right to work. Get system running, updated everything and programmed Harmony. It was not correctly programmed before, but now it is-showed how to use it along with how to troubleshoot also. I was pleased at that time and still thankful today.

Very handy. Does everything. But does not last long

They hung my tv and reprogrammed the universal remote. After they reprogrammed it and were dialing in my receiver, the sound quality of my home speakers is outstanding. So glad I decided to have them do that.

Worked great initially, but now it has to be reprogrammed as it will not turn off the entertainment system unless I turn off each component individually. It is still better than having to deal with 5 remotes.

I was very happy with the tech that came out to my house to help me set up my Harmony elite remote. He took his time and explained to me what he was doing and why. This will be helpful when I decide to add additional devices in the future. Great customer service! Thank You!

Checked over my system and found a loose connection was the only problem and had a credit issued for the call since he did not work on the remote itself. This was totally unexpected and showed great integrity as he could have charged me and I would not have know the difference.
