WOW, having the ability for Geek Squad to come to your house and set up your new TV for you and doing it correctly is very comforting. Being non techy beats trying to read instructions and going crazy.

The agent programmed my new universal remote to my new Samsung tv both bought recently from Best Buy. It appeared to be working when he demonstrated it,however,it wasn’t really tested for much. I kept having problems with the tv actually coming right on...it would do a bunch of things and then maybe I would get a picture. Many times I had to unplug the tv system and try again. Then I totally couldn’t get a signal yesterday. I called both spectrum and Samsung for help,but still isn’t working properly. The agent was very polite and professional but I still have an issue.
