Geek Squad contractor came and quickly corrected a problemthat was preventing full function of the harmony device. It works perfectly now.

My service was outstanding once geek squad arrived. However the sales person at store sold me remote that would not do what I wanted to do. Luckily geek squad had remote in van so I could purchase from them. But had go back store return other.

The agents programmed my universal remote control and showed me how to use it. I’m so glad I didn’t try to do it myself. It looked extremely complicated but they definitely knew what they were doing and it works great.

Through the years I have used the Geek Squad for all my needs. They have always responded professionally and handled any install or any problem I had. I honestly believe they are the best!

John and Jay were awesome to work with! They reprogramed two remotes and got us hooked up to Netflix, Roku, and Amazon Prime. They were both very patient and helpful in helping us navigate all of the new devices.

I love my Harmony remote. The GS did it all to get me up and running with it.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. What happened to the Best Buy that I remember? Not once but twice they were a no show for a new home theater remote and programming service. The window is 7 to 7. Last Wednesday was cancelled cuz they scheduled geek squad instead of the specialized home theater people. Never bothered to let me know it was cancelled. Today I called at 9 am to get a closer ETA. Never got one. Then at 6:45 pm today the home theater company called me to tell me Best Buy screwed up again (something about not getting them the remote ) and they had to cancel. And waited almost 12 hours to tell me. I am so done with Best Buy.

Geek squad was outstanding! They arrived promptly, were courteous and willing to answer any and all of my questions. Reap pros! The one gentleman's name was Jeremy I believe. He explained everything very thoroughly, Best and most pleasant experience ever! Thanks!

The Geek Squad Performed their Duties to a TEE... Complete System Including, TV , Blue Ray, Cox DVR , ALL Mounted on Wall & Glass Shelves... The TV Can be Rotated Left to Right or Tilt Up or Down... Awesome

The installer (Jeff) did one outstanding job and eliminated all of the potential headaches for installing the system purchased. Sure, you pay for it but, land sakes, what a relief. If you are limited with installation of electronics then DO GEEK SQUAD. Money well spent.

The 2 Geek Squad people we had do work over the past month were terrific. The one time that a contractor was sent to do a GS set up was horrible and the they did not know what they were doing . Make sure you get the real GS person or you may be disappointed.

Installer was ontime - courteous to his assistant and very helpful. Both of them wore shoe covers into our house and were very respectful to us. They used terminology during their instruction that we could understand. I would definately recommend the Geek Squad to anyone.

I was concerned that setting this device would be difficult since I have set up universal remotes in the past. Turns it out, it is very simple to do, but still glad I paid for this service.
