Our experience was great. The sales staff was good, but the Geek Squad that did the installation (specifically Ray H.) was excellent! He was unbelievably knowledge, helpful, and a joy to work with. Give that man a raise!

Geek Squad completely hooked up entire home theatre, 65 inch LG HDTV, left, center and right front speakers, rear surround and Wireless Martin Logan 700 watt subwoofer, receiver, cable box, blue ray DVD and power management unit.

Replacing a Harmony One. Unit is used to control Century Link, TV, Blue Ray, CD player, sound system. This is much simpler to operate, although I had Geek Squad do the programming. Would not hesitate to recommend for similar application.

Installing our big screen TV in our new home proved much more challenging than anticipated, and Justin went the extra mile researching solutions and helping us choose the smartest options. Our system is back up and running and we are enjoying it.

The Geek Squad did a wonderful job. They are knowledgeable, patient and in no hurry. They answered all of my questions and did not leave until everything was perfectly set up. They also cleaned everything up.

The Geek Squad did show us hos to use the remote before thye left. They also had us do some of its functions. They took their time til we could do it. Still took some time to get use to the remote but it is a great remote

They programmed my Harmony remote quickly and efficiently. All of the stuff works amazing, no lag time. They were even able to program one of my intenrational boxes that I did not think were able to be programmed.

I highly recommend geek squad do the set up and install. Chances are if you would like a universal remote, you dont want the hassle of having to set it all up.

Went thru the use of the Harmony but was not told how to start the alert that there is/are updates. Tried every button on the clicker but no results. Alert remains on LR screen covering up part of the TV screen A pain

Switched from older style WD external "towers" storage units. Small size requires no power cord, and is very unnoticeable on desk top. Plus very portable when travelling with laptop. Excellent product for the price!

The agent got the Harmony remote to increase and decrease volume, no longer needing the direct tv remote, and showed us how to use additional features.

I need help programming remote get it I personally needed it at that time so I got it but most of the time I can do it myself because I have a lot to take harmony 900

Edward did a great job of programming our new remote. he explained all of the functions and how to use them. I would highly recommend Edward to do any of my work at home.

The team that visited my home to set up my remotes was very competent and patient. It was not an easy set up and required multiple visits.
