They programmed the remote and spent the time we needed to be sure we knew how it worked.

The Geek Squad is great, always willing to help us out and fixing our issues quick. Well worth the money especially since we are seniors and lack some tech skills.

It was pleasing to have qualified people come into our home. They were polite, explicit, courteous and very respectful. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It actually was a pleasure to have these people come and do their work.

Remote control programming went well overall but took much longer than expected and needed more support from the remote control manufacturer. Still it all worked out .

I had changed my carrier for internet and thus my TV. The Geek Squad came to reprogram my remote because my new carrier wasn't able to. It was reprogramed successfully and is much more convenient now.

So great having one remote, having to only use another when doing voice command. Hesitant to spend $100 for the service, thought I could program it myself but I'd still be trying to figure it out.

The agents mounted our tv, connected all our electronics and reprogrammed our remote. A great group of people - very knowledgeable.

I requested Geek squad to come to my home for the 3rd time. First was to install new TV. They sold me on Logi universal remote and an Eero modem In order to use just one remote and to improve my Wifi signal respectively. The Eero has been a great addition and provides faster consistent speeds. The Logi remote, however, has not been as awesome. It works differently on the two TV’s we have. Apparently I need to go online to reprogram the remotes. So not sure why they came out 2 additional times the last which cost me $100- with no further programming being done on Best Buy’s part. A bit disappointed.
