Both men were good and quick to unpackage and install TV to my systems. Cleaned up and were neat. Sold me on the idea of a universal remote, took a little long to install and has not worked the way promised.

David hooked up our amp-receiver. He was very thorough and also programmed our universal remote. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered all our questions.

If you have a Harmony Remote you know how fantastic they are- if you don’t have one you’ll make things simpler to use by getting one—- but you better get it programmed by Geek Squad- great job!

I was first time user of Geek Squad and was pleased with the Geek Squad rep.. He was on time, called before coming, and knew what he was doing. (I had to have new Bose control programed.) I would use the Geek Squd again.

Had some trouble getting the color right. Once i mastered the main executions it seems to be a great tv. Most of the .problems seem to be with the internet provider rather than the tv.

Geek Squad did set-up and program our TV, sound-bar and Harmony remote. However, they were unable to program the Harmony remote to our Yamaha Receiver and more often than not, the Harmony receiver doesn't allow you to adjust the volume of the TV up or down. They did pair our old Cox Cable remote to work with our new TV and that works better than the Harmony Remote for the volume! Not sure if this was a Geek Squad issue or Harmony Remote issue,

I like the remote better than the Comcast remote as it controls more devices, but it takes some time to learn the device and the Geek Squad did not give a lot of explanation on how it works.

Was very pleased by service. Was prompt and explained what the process was and answered all questions. The Logitech remote had stopped working so it needed to be disconnected from the tuner, CD player and DVD player.

Cableone guy screwed up my Harmony remote setup so, this was a "redo".
Mike, Geek guy, was Super! Explained everything, suggested best, most effective options and walked us through it all! Great service!

Technician was very courteous and knew what he was doing. He answered all our questions. Programmed our remote nicely, even tweaked the TV settings for a better picture.

Our harmony remote stopped working, After calling Best Buy, Chris Vert came to our house and fixed all of the problems quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Can't say enough.
