The Geek Squad employee was great! He arrived on time, went right to work, informed me of everything he was doing, searched for and found my old Logitech Programs, and did a fantastic job re-installing my remote!

I am physically challenged and the Agent was very helpful in programming my LogiTech Remote and making sure I was educated and able to use the Remote before he left.

In order to use our home theater we had three separate remotes! it was more than annoying...the directional harmony replaced all three. The menu is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

It took a little while for the remote to get programmed, but sure glad I didn't try to tackle it. The geek squad is very knowledgeable and would have them do other work in my house if need.

The Geek Squad set up our Harmony Remote to work with our tv, surround sound, blueray, roku, plus. It was a complicated mess before they got there. They sorted it all out. It was well worth it to us.

The good service that you provided in the past was pretty good, now my whole experience is different. You need to take a good note from other customers as myself, Geek Squad is not good as it was. The first tech guy was good, although he could not do anything because the harmony remote control is not longer supported by Logitech, I do understand that, the other services were poor. So disappointed that Geek Squad/ Best buy, is not providing the great service in the past. I was a big fan of Best buy for 25 years.

My Geek Squad agent programed my Harmony Remote. He was very helpful and programmed it quickly and answered all my questions. Tested it with me to make sure I know how to operate the remote.

The agent who came out to reprogram the remote and hook up the new cable boxes was great. He made sure everything was working correctly and that we knew how to use it before he left. LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD!!!!!
