The two gents who came out were on time, communicated the arrival, kept me updated and were very helpful explaining how the system was linked.

Years ago it was very easy for me to setup audio equipment. With today's technology, however, it is great to have the Geek Squad at your side!

I haven't gotten to learn all the features of the add-on remote control programming but from what I do know, it is awesome.

I could not access my DVD and had to pay $99.99 for Geek Squad to come out to my home. The censor just had to be placed on the DVD box. Why couldn't customer service just tell me that. Was not happy.

Geek squad did a great job connecting to my universal remote

My Geek Squad tech came out to fix what got messed up with a cable install. Sound wasn't working etc. Problems fixed quickly and he explained everything very well.
