The agents had a problem programming the Harmony remote in order to make all components switch from TV to Movies. Problem was eventually solved.

The Geek Squad programmed my Harmony remote and they did the work very efficiently and quickly and cleaned up all of the packaging, etc. before they left. I will call them again, if needed!

She reprogrammed the remote, which was on hdmi 3 and then told me that the hdmi 1 cable was broken.Said I needed an electrician to replace it ???

The Geek Squads Krissy Noland is the best. We have used her on our TVs and programming the Universal remote. Well worth the reasonable cost to have equipment setup correctly.

I would have BB do the install. It requires a lot if you do not have tech knowledge. My tech installed and walked me through and saved me HOURS. Worth the extra money
