Undependable, Unreliable, Unknowledgeable.

I'm a total tech member but what's the point when they make an appointment with you it's a hit or miss if they show up. On 2(TWO) occasions now I took off work for appointments with them. The automatic system called & confirmed with me. I called the company for an ETA and they said between 7 and 1pm they were be there. Both times... NO ONE showed up. I waited the entire time at home for nothing. When I called Best Buy I got No resolution other than...sorry but nothing we can really do. When they did show up for a different appointment the tech didn't know the difference between a motion sensor for lights and a motion for an alarm system. He removed my (non-best buy) alarm system motion sensor from the wall - where he shouldn't have and left a hole. They didn't set things up properly. What a waste! Last when I bought the total tech membership the sales guy told me they would have no probably putting my TV up on my fireplace & running a line. When the techs got here -the line they ran was an extension cord.

Disappointed Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We buy 2 Ring floodlamp security cameras after the techs at the Best Buy desk ensured us they can do the installations. When the technician arrived, he informed us he can't do the job because the wiring requires a Mass electrician ...... Big waste of time.
