I don't know if my expectations are misaligned or your services are so limited but the experience has been very frustrating. I've had 3 visits so far to get equipment I purchased from Best Buy set up and running. Every time the tech shows up they dig in but never have enough time to complete the process. I bought 2 computers, printer, mesh system, WD external hard drive with Microsoft 365 subscription in November 2021 and we're still not completed. I've really had to bag it and start working with each of the vendors. Your techs are nice guys but seem like they're forced to work in a system that just doesn't allow them to complete a project. The last tech gave his number but doesn't return calls. I've been very clear that I estimate several hours of work and each time I'm cut short. I bought the Geek Squad support package thinking it would be great to get the support with the new equipment but it's totally missed the mark. Too bad.

Geek Squad did a fantastic job in transitioning from my old to my new laptop, including setting up the cloud back-up. Mess money I ever spent.
