The screen was not mounted level. The gentleman that mounted the screen was talking with the other installers nonstop instead of working and did not wear shoe covers in my home. Discussing unprofessional topics such as how rich people are, their homes and how an individual in Boulder purchased an entire home for his children.

The agents had to come back to correct a problem and were able to successfully set up everything and it is working fine.

It was very worst exp with GeekSquad they simply cancel orders and never communicate back. Tech person calls one hour before appointment after it was postponed twice and tell the time alloted for job will take more time then it was allocated by system. Time allocation is done by system and its allocated as per job. He said he will check with manager and let me know but never get back to me. I have been member from 2010 and now the service quality is gone not like anymore.
