    All screens Imperfect?

    They put up screen didn't use attachment springs included in box (we found out after). When we went to look husband saw wrinkles top right..when asking technician he said all screens he has put up come with imperfections.. Ummm what?????? Called Geek Squad we were VERY unhappy and they couldn't get a replacement because bundle sold out and then they couldn't do just a screen replacement (they sold screen separately) because price difference would be too much vs bundle. They said sometimes it's just a matter of stretching out screen..Couldn't get anyone back until more than a week later and there is no escalation path.

    Screen mounted incorrectly

    The screen was not mounted level. The gentleman that mounted the screen was talking with the other installers nonstop instead of working and did not wear shoe covers in my home. Discussing unprofessional topics such as how rich people are, their homes and how an individual in Boulder purchased an entire home for his children.

    The agents showed up twice and couldn’t figure out how to pull the projector out of the box and put it on a stand. They scheduled for a 3rd time and I told the tech I was out of town and he said he would handle rescheduling which he didn’t. I waited 3 or 4 months until I finally just did it myself. When I asked for corporate or for some type of compensation I got the run around. Imagine spending over 9,000.00 and getting treated like this by a company that specializes in this sort of thing. NEVER AGAIN.

    Very unsatisfied with knowledge and work. I assembled screen by myself. Just to mount the screen and adjust VAVA ultra short throw projector that doesn’t need mounting, they took 4+ hours. Still screen mount is wiggly. Patchy work. I would’ve done this job nearly. Wanted to try geek squad excellence and I came to know how marketing gimmicks work. Do better work for customers. They need to come back to you.

    $300 for them come back to do what they forgot

    They forgot to adjust the drop on the motorized projector screen and it goes down too far and Geek Squad tells me I have to pay $300 more to have them come back to do what they forgot.

    Thomas Wilson promises a “professional” installation. What happens is a subpar installation that any handyman could do. Took 3 attempts to install my theater screen correctly….and the “2 day” installation turned into 10 days and countless excuses and mistakes.

    Geek Squad canceled the screen install service

    The screen installation was canceled when i requested for a different date. The Magnolia guy who was helping me until the purchase stopped answering my phone calls and text messages. Very poor customer service

    Waste of time, they didn’t know what to do gave me a lame excuse for why the job couldn’t be done so I had to return the item and wait to get refunded for the job I paid upfront for that the DUMB SQUAD couldn’t figure out
