I was surprised how quickly they installed my ice maker. They arrived on time and were very professional. They even did an extra chore for me while they were here that I forgot to have the other guys who delivered my washer and dryer. I can’t say enough good things about thes two gentlemen. It took me a long time to get the ice maker so I was glad the installation did not take long.

The delivery persons had never installed this type of ice maker before. Im glad they were able to install it after some troublshooting, however it would be nice to have fulley trained technicians doing the job

I have had four visits on the ice maker alone and it still doesn’t work properly. Today a tech visited only to tell me that I have to reschedule because the ice maker is an add-on and a different department has to repair an add-on ice maker. Also, since it is almost one year since I bought it, the warranty will be up soon and I’ll have to pay if it breaks again. It’s not my fault that this is a faulty refrigerator. They shouldn’t advertise the ice maker if it’s never going to work. I feel taken advantage of and lied to. If I’d known I’d have so many problems with it I’d have purchased a better brand.

The crew was amazing, they came on time and were prepared with everything to install the ice maker. Come to find out, my apartment complex doesn't allow for ice makers, to much of a water hazard. The team was amazing and the return process that Best Buy has is so amazing and was hassle free.

I’m glad I got these two guys from Best Buy to install my ice maker. I originally thought I could do it, but as they installed the ice maker it turned out to be a little bit more complicated than I thought. It took them twenty minutes where if I installed it it would be at least one hour and probably not done correct. Very happy with service.

Best Buy sent out an installer who did not know how to do the install. Had to reschedule with Best Buy so another team could be assigned the task. 3rd party install crews were professional. But how do you assign a task to a group that cannot do the install.

Replacement of ice maker..great technician and very professional.

Unfortunately we had to have an agent look at the ice maker after it was installed. Appears there was one hook up overlooked. They fixed it and all is wonderful. Assistance from Brandy (the warehouse mgr) was above exceptional. THANKS

The guys were quick and efficient; cleaned up when they were done, very helpful & friendly.

When I bought the ref in February and it was brought to my house with no icemaker. Went back to the store and they told me they could not get it for 3 weeks but if I would go to Lowes and buy it they would install it. Best Buy has to make 2 more trips to my home. The first time there were no screws in pkg for installing. I had to go back to Loews and exchange the ice maker. Got it and make another appt and Best But came out again to install. The job was done well.

Grandson installed waterline for ice ice maker before refrigerator was pushed back against wall. With line in place installing ice maker inside freezer was very easy, only taking a few minutes. Note; Grandson had removed ice maker from old unit so he knew what to do. Works great.

Didn’t connect water hose from bottom of refrigerator to ice maker. When we had the water connected if there had not been a kink in the hose there would have been water every where.

It was the 2nd ice maker install. My problems persist. The refrigerator (Haier) is a gem but the ice maker (after market) not so much. Scale of 1-10. -1. The install guys were great both times.

Had the optional 2nd ice maker installed on my GE refrigerator. The two guys who installed it were great guys but had never installed this particular one before. It took forever and when done they checked my water dispenser. No water came out. They tried a few times, no water. Then discovered they mixed up the water lines and had filled my lower freezer full of water. What a mess! They cleaned it all up and correctly corrected the water lines. It was quite an experience.

Ice maker easy to install. Makes lots of ice cubes.

I'm happy with my 19.3 cu.ft. Whirlpool refrigerator. It's more roomy than I expected. Love the LED lighting. I was skeptical at 1st, since I had to settle for smooth white instead of finger-print resistent bisque, which I wanted, to match my other appliances, but it blends in well.
