    I bought the ice maker to go with a new refridgerater that I also bought from Best Buy. The guys brought it at the same time and had it installed in no time. Super friendly guys.

    Purchased range, refrigerator and icemaker online. Delivery was in 2 days, however, workmen did not check if refrigerator was working properly. Had food spoilage which I am being told by Geeksquad that I did not purchase their warranty. THIS WAS THE INSTALLATION. After going back to replace the refrigerator they did not install the icemaker nor turn off water to icemaker causing flooding in my house and the condo below my unit. I had to pay a plumber $330 to stop the leakage and now paying over $3000 to fit the unit downstairs. Waiting on Best Buy to get back to me about paying these bills.

    The I car maker isn’t working 22 hours after installed on September 6 and no paperwork was left so I can’t even register the product. This is unacceptable

    On 2 different scheduled appointment to have my fridge and icemaker installed per agreement and installers could not or would not complete job. Notified BB and they said they would escalate an already escalation to BB corporate, they were supposed to reach out to me and set up a 3rd appointment. BB corporate never did, I finally returned the ice maker (got another hassle, wanted to give me store credit rather than take it off the bill). I ordered the correct GE Ice maker through Amazon and installed it myself. Just be wary of agreement, even though it states will be included in the install, delivery company won't necessary live up to store agreement. Hey BB if you are tracking actuals - Ref: Case# 224-409-300 or OMS# 1119033706854.

    The delivery of my refrigerator came with the install of ice maker. Took 5 minutes. Easy to install and delivery guys were professional.

    I had three of these ice makers installed in my new refrigerator. The first made 12 cubes twice a day, the second and third made no ice AT ALL. When the third one was removed, the techs left an open hole in the freezer that rendered it useless. I am returning the refrigerator and will not deal with Best Buy again.

    Last Saturday, 6-25-22, was the 8TH ATTEMPT to install the correct icemaker for the new refrigerator & icemaker I bought and had installed in April. I'm frustrated beyond words. I have spent countless hours on the phone, taking off work for eight appointments with four-hour windows. I've lost over 32 hours of income taking off work, not to mention the hours I've spent on the phone over the last three months. I don't know what to do anymore. How much time can you spend?

    Bought a fridge months ago for our office. The ice maker was in back order. Finally get the icemaker, Geek squad came out to install ice maker without installing the waterline... they have scheduled 3 more times since then but keep either going to the wrong suite or say they have no where to park their truck?? They parked the truck just fine with the refrigerator but not for the ice maker??? Still waiting on them to reschedule yet again...

    Geek Squad installers had never installed a bottom freezer icemaker before. Two young men turned what should have been a 15 minute job into an hour and 15 minutes. Not very reassuring, but it works, surprizingly.

    I had the new icemaker parts and the refridgerator already had the water line installed. The installer put in the ice maker unit and was done in less than 5 minutes. The problem was that they don't install water valves (I was told that they do) so I had to hire a plumber and for $225.00 the put in a valve so that I could make ice.

    Ordered separate and did not install day delivered. I paid $30 extra to have it installed. They did not give me an appointment until a week later. At 7am, I get a text that the tech is on his way and they NO SHOW. Not even a phone call and then the email said service was complete. Waited another week for install, I was told to wait 24 hours for ice. Still did not work after 3 days... Scheduled another service. Still waiting for ice! BEST BUY Service is awful!
