I choose a wired cam so the tech had to do some drilling. He chose a place that would less noticeable. The camera look and works perfectly.

This is a hard one to review as I have had to have multiple visits with multiple technicians. So that's why I am giving it a average rating. The first tech's I would give a 1 1/2 as they didn't read instructions and put the cameras in the wrong place. For the second set of technicians, I give a 5 (Nash was great). Nash and the other tech fixed the issues the first set of technicians messed up. Unfortunately, there are still issues with the products so I'm still dealing with them to fix the problems. I think it's a product issue though not an install issue. Overall I just can't give but an average review. Not overly happy with Best Buy as a whole when it comes to this transaction/installation.

Very professional and helpful. Great job. I recommend an electrician be onsight during the install so they can work together, otherwise, communication between the parties is challenging and the homeowner must act as an intermediary.
