This the best service in the era so curious and polite if you have a inconveniences they will work with you and make you fill comfortable I have not ever experienced no better service

The agent mounted and programed two security cameras to my I phone.He was on time and,professional. I do not know much about technology but the agent walked me through everything I needed to know about the cameras and the features. The agent really know his job. Ireally apreciate his patience.

The cameras are somewhat slow in showing the images

This add-on mounting of cameras was not completed, as the service tech had supplies with him, and as was an additional $90 I was charged for the service and mounting of items I would still need installed and as are wired, so requiring a tech able to perform this service that I paid for, but as needed to be completed, not cancelled, as was some installation dishwasher return set up in Nov.and Dec. 2022, and as by paperwork appears as if “completed “ that the return was not taken out nor completed nor a new one installed, at least in my kitchen, which is concerning to me to have paperwork that suggests otherwise, or who may have the dishwasher supposed to have been installed for my behalf in my kitchen, and as total tech has paperwork to suggest completion of services not yet completed nor do they return my calls. Please call me to set these services up to be rescheduled and actually able to be completed. Thanks.

The gentleman mounted my ring doorbell and ensured it was steady before leaving. They also cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to use it. Very professional and they wore boot covers.

I had 3 Ring Security Cameras along with 3 Solar panels mounted on the outside of my home by the Geek Squad. They did a great job of mounting everything and set them all up on the Ring App on my phone. Everything went well and I'm happy with the result.

Ricardo was above and beyond excellent and should hold a top management position; however Scott was not. Scott did not listen to the problem and was present for about 10 minutes, did nothing and left, leaving me to have to schedule, yet another appointment. Ive used Best Buy and geek squad for 20 years and this is the first horrible experience Ive had. My home was assessed in February and i did not see a technician, Ricardo, for 6 months, which is ridiculous!!!

The agent hang and connected the solar panel to the security camera. He noticed that one one of the solar panels is not working.

Make sure you charge the cameras fully before install or else you cant set them up with the Ring app.!!
