The tech was very competent but had to return to install the software (Office 365) and this was 2 weeks later! My online account shows completion on Aug. 27 but it wasn't until September 15! that he could come back to do the installation. Consequently I have been cheated out of part of my free 3 months of using Office 365.

Agent installed Microsoft Office incorrectly? At least it wouldn't download, so we had to call the Geek Squad and have someone else help with the download. I'm not sure what happened, why it was done incorrectly or even how it was fixed. That's why we hired the Geek Squad service. However, it was frustrating getting the help we paid for! It's frustrating trying to explain the problem when you don't really know what the problem is. All we knew was that, after 24 hours waiting for Microsoft Office to download, it still wasn't downloading. The Agent who fixed the problem said that it had been installed incorrectly.

It took three attempts to finally have a tech come in to install

tech was all over the p[lace with his diagnosis and failed to transfer my data and after telling me problem was fixed it was not! Caused me so many issues I will not renew my Geek Squad account. Spent hours on phone with phone tech support as well who failed to fix pc . Very disappointed how I was treated.

The Geek squad. 1 person, did not indtall any of our products correctly and they still are not working correctly or at all. We spent over 4,000 dollars on a co.puter and home router and wifi mesh system that still does not work. Bery upset and am coming in tomorrow to return all items. Unhappy customer

Agent supposedly installed a word processing program. I am unable to access the program and am feeling discouraged. I purchased office home and student and am unable to create documents.

I will NEVER USE Geek again! The tech did not do what they were supposed to do. And I am advising others to stay away from Geek!

Jordan completed the set up and explained as he worked and answered questions. I was completely satisfied when he left. I am 85 yrs old and had W-8.1 for the last 9 years so this was quite a change and during the next few days , I had more questions (probably some of which he had previously answered !!!) and I called the number he had left and the person who took my call could not answer what I was asking and said she would schedule an in home visit and mentioned a "do over" which I told - these are questions that I have AFTER using it for a few days. The computer set up was perfect. Jordan returned on May 25 and quickly took care of the questions I had in his very professional and easy to understand demeanor - so he definitely needs an Excellent rating. Roberta Long
