Geek Squad set up several software applications on my new laptop. Great job -- quick, professional, works great.

The agent was great. He got my new Apple MAC installed and opertational which wasn't easy because of finding passwords and having to invent new ones. I am not proficient with the new equipment but now I can access my I-Phone texts on the computer if I want to. The equipment is synched and its up to me to learn more about windows 365 which I purchased.

First all the Geek squad concept is a idea! Best Buy having a group of talented people standing by to assist its customers is needed. Product after the sale in any industry is a make or break for the company. The three areas of the Greek Squad I have observed demonstrates room for improvement. Phone, in store, at customers home. -I did not give a 5 star rating over all because of service tech. Knowledge or concern for the customers issue through texting or phone discussions needs help. Leaving a customer with a bad feeling of no other options for help is not good. -In store support is good helpful people. -In home service is very good. Very much enjoyed talking with the service tech.

They have done a fine job when tunning up my computer, and installing the Virus Protection.
