Geek Squad rep installed Microsoft Suite of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Tested out all software to ensure I could open up my old documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Chase from Geek Squad had previously installed my new Windows 10 Desk Top and returned a week later to Install my Voice Recognition Program. Did an excellent job of explaining and will probably have back in several weeks once I work with program. Great job.

I needed all of the information moved from my PC to my new computer. The Geek Squad did an excellent job, Due to my time limitation, I asked them to come back and put the information from my old laptop on the new computer at another time. Everything went well at both times.

The Technician had my New Microsoft Uploaded and running very quickly. He was very personable, trustworthy, informative and friendly.

I live in the middle of no where and my WIFI is only marginally better than dial-up. The Geek Squad guys spent extra time speaking with Century Link regarding my total lack of speed and arranged an on site tech for the next morning. And my new software was up and running in spite of the difficulties.

Very helpful and answered all my questions. My laptop was done in a timely matter and have had no problems. 5+ stars

Carlo was very easy to understand and extremely helpful to not so the savy folks like us. I have had very little trouble with getting accustomed to my new computer and Windows 10 and I think much of the reason is because of Carlo's explanations and efficiency.

I am housebound and I am unable to get to the store for any computer problems. Thanks to the Geek Squad in home service I no longer have to worry about my computer problems.

Jonathan was really knowledgeable and setup and installed everything very quickly. I was a Computer Systems Analyst myself, so it was good to have someone here who knew his job and has a good attitude. He is a credit to your company!

The agent updated our computers with new software. We haven't had any problems. He showed up on time on a Sunday! Great job!

edYour Geek squad home visit for my complicated system new software went very well. He knew what he was doing, polite and safe. It went well. He did what I needed promptly and well.
