This was a frustrating experience. Your 1-800 number sent me to an AI Medicare location. Then it informed me that your number was not available in my area. Live chat did not go well as I could not make the agent understand that I needed someone in home. It was not a pleasant experience. And I finally hired an independent tech expert to hook up my printer and install Windows 11.

He could not be more gracious and accommodating. He efficiently installed our new computer/screen/mouse and answered all of our questions completely.

I bought 2024 Microsoft Office Home & Business standalone package and needed it installed on new laptop. 2019 Microsoft Office Pro was currently installed. When all was said & done, I still have 2019 version.

Geek Squad technician did a great job. Answered all my questions during setup. Stayed to be sure that I was comfortable with my new laptop.
