Hooked up my new printer

The printer was plugged into the previous printer's plugs but the printer was not set up properly and it wouldn't print and all it wanted to do when I would ask it to print was to fax something to me. I tried for 12 hours myself by watching the videos online but to no avail. I actually had to call the people who made the printer and they spent 6 hours online logged into my computer fixing everying and now I am able to print.

were to fix 4 of my devices did not fix anything. I gave them a 2. some one called said they would call back to set up an other appointment to really fix my devices for no charge never got the call back to setup service call. I AM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH GEEK SQUAD!

The agent at Richfield didn’t know how to set up the appointment. I waited two days until we got a call back from the technician who told us the appointment was set up wrong. I had to reschedule two days later at Eden Prairie. By the end, my family made five trips to BB stores for a simple data transfer.

Second appointment after agent arrived wasn’t sure what needed to be done. After becoming aware of what needed to be done was unable to do the job

Technician got computer and printer operational and communicating with each other. Speakers, though showing green light, are NOT communicating with the computer.
