    When I purchased this online, it wasn't very clear that you needed to purchase a tv installation package first. I don't need someone plugging in my tv. I just wanted Geek Squad to attach a mount to the wall. Ridiculous.

    Bought an open box, was told at the store to contact Geek Squad for any wear and tear. The screen at the bottom is coming off, called Geek Squad, he came to the house and said since its open box, can't do anything. Not happy. He contacted the store, but no one followed up. Left many messages for the store manager.

    Geek squad lost my reservation, had to wait to install. Was a headache having to keep calling and getting passed around from person to person. It is not my local geek squads fault. It was the ordering online process that got messed up. Very unhappy with this

    The mount was installed too high. I complained to the Greek Squad manager in the store. He told me someone should give me a call regarding making the adjustments to the mount. No one never call, and the mount was never adjusted. Un

    Geek Squad never showed for appointment and didn't return call until 45 minutes later. Long wait time to contact someone from Geek. Stated he had wrong address even though two Tv's delivered on separate days at correct address. Will not recommend.

    After mounting my TV, they wer supposed to hook it up to my home network as stated on the website. They said I needed to call FIOS to do it. All it needed was a splitter. They should have known this. It cost me $170 additional for FIOS to come and put on a splitter. A 5 minute fix.
