    Read my other reviews I've given up On refund for harmony remote I didn't order or get Spend month on hold ( no joke) Spend 5100$ and no one can help you????its the worst customer service I have ever experienced which sucks bc after many yr I need upgrades of other things and I'm scared to go back

    I appreciate this guys effort to mount my TV over the fire place, over the decorative rocks however, it looked to me they weren´t as skilled as required so it took them half a day (and a couple of rocks smashed and tear down from the Wall) to complete the mount.

    I was expecting to see a vehicle with the Geek Squad on the side of it and a person dressed like they are on their ads. To my surprise it was a guy in a truck. He installed the TV mount and that is all he could accomplish. He had no clue about the type of TV and sound system we purchased. He kept looking at the books that came with them and then kept referring to LG products. I purchased Sony products not LG. Complete waste of money. I ended up installing the sound system. I had to program the TV and the sound system myself. I was under the impression that the person coming to do the install had experience doing it. Contacted customer service and they told me to go back to the store and speak to the manager.

    I bought 2 TVs with accessories for close to 5k and spent another $500 on Geek Squad to set up and install.. The TVs are having problems staying on (the 75 keeps turning off each time a change channels) and the 65 won't and never finished the initial channel loading I call Besy Buys 6 times and spoke with a Mgr who assured me we would have Gerk Squad come out and never heard back I called the Gerk Squad Tech who left me his contact info 8 times and emailed him 4 times and he never responded to me I had Visa dispute the purchase and install Worst experience I have ever experienced FYI I just bought 2 days ago another 65inch from Costco I will never give Best Buy my business again

    I bypassed earlier available appointments to schedule a morning 8am - 12 noon appointment almost a week out; then the night before my scheduled appointment, I received an email from Best Buy Geek Squad advising me they have rescheduled my appointment to the afternoon from 12 noon to 4 pm. I work aftns and will not be available then. Now, only available morning appointment is another week away. That is very poor, unprofessional service for which they charge a premium price. Then, I call the Geek Squad 1-800 number and was advised there is nothing they can do after being placed on hold for over 30 minutes. This is unacceptable to say the least!

    I was have just waited four hours for the geek squad to come and install our TV and no-one came. I have called earlier in the day after the TV was delivered to make sure that they had the booking and someone was coming, i was guaranteed that someone would be there. Impossible to reach anyone on the phone, there is a 20 minute wait. Waste of time and money, do not do it.

    Over the phone, I was not presented with all of the options. When the installer came, they therefore did not have all of the parts necessary for the installation. The installer was a subcontractor, and arrived at 1:30 when the time slot was 8 to 12.

    Paid for geek squad to install and set up Tv. They mounted it without a problem and spent the next 40 minutes trying to figure out how to make the cable work. They finally left because they were slotted only a set period of time. They did not set it up for viewing and advised that I should call the cable company for further help.

    I was very disappointed with Geek squad. They would not just mount my TV for me, even though I bought a very expensive 65" TV from Best Buy. They said I had to purchase the installation package as well. But we have Direct TV installing a new system. I canceled Geek squad because they wouldn't just do a mount
