Great, powerful photo editing tool.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My fiancee edits photos on her phone, and while she still loves to do it that way, Photoshop Elements has been a strong tool to have in her repertoire! Definitely look into some tutorials. It comes with included Adobe tutorials because it's very robust software!

I haven’t been able to download it

Digital download suck
