Love all of the features. So fun to use! I love being able to see all of my photos and adjust them.

Easy to buy/download. East to install. Easier to use than most people realize. Photoshop can seem overwhelming at first, but if you spend just a few days/weeks learning all the nuances of it it is very user friendly. Also extremely well priced. Highly recommend!

Works great and I highly recommend! You can even colorize old black & white photos. Beware of the BestBuy digital purchase refund policy. I mistakenly ordered the student version and could not use. BestBuy does not give refunds on digital purchases even when you don’t receive a usable version of the item!

Great for the beginner like me. I was able to make simple edits in no time. Appreciate the fact that I don't have to renew a subscription on a monthly basis. I probably don't need those "advanced" features yet anyway.

So easy to use, and so many features. Perfect program for non professionals that would like to use Photoshop, but don’t want the monthly fees associated with it

Great program. I’m having a little difficulty with my go pro videos playing on it. I haven’t tried calling support. But the support for pictures is great so far

As a cs5 user I have a hard time finding the settings and functuons i want. For a user not skill in the CS line this is an easier place to start!

One of the best applications to edit pictures and add effects. The saying it was photoshopped has become a universal word (like Coke for Cola) because more people use Photoshop picture editing than anything out there. This was a great price from BestBuy so even though we had a copy from several years back we decided to upgrade.

Product Good but the description was poor and lead to me ordering the wrong version. Getting an exchange was challenging but finally Best Buy did exchange the Mac version I had incorrectly ordered for the PC version. The whole situation could be avoided IF Best Buy would more clearly indicate what system the download is for and be sure it indicates that during the purchase process.

The digital download was completed with no trouble. Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 is a fantastic program. I use the program all the time to edit, improve, or enhance my less than perfect shots. I find it well worth the expense.

I am not a professional photographer. I've been using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere for about ten years. I purchase the upgrades when they are released. Adobe is a great tool to correct or enhance my photos. It's inexpensive and well worth the money!

Unless you are a professional photographer, Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements meets most every need. I've been pleasantly surprised by what it offers. It has met my every need.

I upgraded from a version purchased about 8 - 10 years ago, so I love the way this automatically sorts pictures by faces, so cool!

got this and installed on my PC . the program would freeze up computer. called customer service they were worthless. i have a AMD ryzen 7 2700x 4.15 ghz. m2 Samsung 1 terabyte and a Samsung 1 terabyte ssd 16gigs of ram and 1080 Ti with 12gigs ram each time it froze my computer i had to reinsall windows. checked ram with memtest. and ssd with samsug magicican . in other words my system is good enough to run program. tyed to return but they said you cant return a digital download. they told me that it says that on the wed page. i looked and could not find any thing on the web page. spent over 2 hrs total with customer service after getting disconnected i will never get anything from this store again.

Added this to my travel netbook. Have the same for my home computer and I am very happy with the results of working with my photos

Works great. Great editing capabilities. If you are looking to edit photos this is the ticket.

Both programs are great. The premiere has a great “guided” option for special edits if you need guidance on doing something.

This is a double value deal. I got two great products for a very good price. Could not this offer pass.

It worked fine for a couple of weeks. Then every time I plugged in my Wacom tablet it would shut down. Now it won't even open at all! I just re-installed photoshop elements 12 so at least I can get my work done.
