Steve was great. Came out twice. He did all he could. Remote still doesn't work and store wont refund me the $159.99 I paid to make it work. It would work before Steve left and the next day it wouldn't. He seen the issue. I returned the remote, have given up on getting my $159 refunded and ABT has solved my problem. Very disappointed in Best Buy,

200 tip still doesn’t work properly. Only speakers work not remote not sub and it over heats

Took 3 appointments to get the remote programmed correctly. Each appointment required me to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the appointment. The first appointment the person who arrived wasn't even able to program remotes like the one I have.

Still waiting for properly trained individual to be scheduled for proper install. I scheduled a person to come out weeks in advance and then 5 minutes before the time they were supposed to arrive they called to say they were not trained properly for this type of remote. I am not sure Best Buy will follow up. Its a shame I spent $200 and did not get the replacement remote properly set up.

Horrible to work with. The right hand had no idea what the left hand said or did. We cancelled the service call because one of the other techs told us what we wanted done - couldn't be done but they charged us & put the order in. We did receive a credit. Bad News Bears!!!

We have a complex system that required a programmer to be at our home to program the remote. The person set was not able to program and programming happened offsite. Most of what was done does not work and much of what was previously programmed was erased.

the Geek Squad men were not able to program the remote I purchased from Bestbuy. They could not sink with the spectrum cable box.
..I will return the remote this coming week.

This was the worst I have ever experienced with Best Buy. Honestly, I haven’t shopped there since this fiasco, and don’t know if I will again. They really dropped the ball on this one, and my remote still doesn’t work right.

They have their own way and can't not make it the way a customer wants it. I downloaded the free version of the remote programming software and did it myself
