He was very polite and helpful in replacing the in-dash radio for the van, Giving lots of pointers.

One day after the new system was installed our truck started malfunctioning and cost us over $2,700 in electrical repairs. Whoever installed it shorted out our system. My husband has yet to take the bill over to Best Buy. If I could give zero Stars I would.

Josh Ly did a great job installing the new stereo. He inspected all of the items reviewed the vehicle with me and everything went very smooth. Even though it was scheduled to take between and hour to an hour and a half he was done with in 50 minutes

The staff from the Geek Squad did a wonderful job. Installation looks like the audio system was installed by the manufacturer. Also, took the time to demonstrate operation accordingly.

This place was great got me rescheduled when the tech was sick and when my husband took my car for dash install it was about 30 minutes.

I had to take my vehicle back to Best Buy to have the senior tech re-install my head unit (the most expensive one sold by best buy) because on my way home the first time I hit a bump and it shut off. I still have to go back again because the dash cam install was also done wrong. I have no reverse camera function despite buying a 500 dollar alpine dashcam designed for my head unit. I can't wait to hear the whopper they unload on me.

Super knowledgeable people at the install team. Super accommodating as well, they let me come back at a later date after my brackets had issues with my double din.
