Received code night before and tried installing launch day. Kept getting error message about code not valid, called customer service, they sent another code supposedly, was same code. Tried it again still “ code not valid”, called customer service again, still no help.. really aggravated at this point

Contact BB support and they sent me an email to download through Microsoft store. I "think" it is working, but my 1 Gig Fios connection is somehow now only downloading at 28 Mbs/sec. Guess I'll play this game in like three days at this rate . . .

Now my screen interrmittantly flashes bright white and am unable to start any program. Followed instructions from Microsoft and now have an unusable computer. Not worth the effort.
