Set up for unit is not a (SIMPLE SET UP) as posted on the box. Also when downloading the App, for Android or Apple product, both will look totally different on phone screen than on the instructions that come with unit, very confusing. I had to call ALC support for help. They helped me get camera going with App, but again, his steps were totally different than instructions. Even with Tech help, you will have to mess with App to find setups for different functions for this camera. I couldn't find setup options after hanging up with the support service, so decided to come back to it in a few and try again to mess with it. So, when I turned off the App and went back to it 10 minutes later, it says, disconnected and camera will not setup to ALC supports instructions. I had to start all over again to setup this camera! Not worth it so I gave up! Instructions that come with camera will NOT help you at all! Instructions are worthless! You will need to call Customer Support! Bottom line is, the App that runs this unit sucks! If you read reviews on the App from Android, you will see what I mean. It is only rated 2.4 ! If you purchase this unit, maybe you might be lucky and have NO problems at all with it. But I personally, would not recommend this unit.
