Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really unhappy with this phone. Can't use while it's charging. No calls. No texts. Nothing. So different from my last flip phone. Even going to CONTACTS is challenging. The ring tones and sound choices are disappointing.. The loudness is subpar for elderly. Pictures are not crisp and clear ( I would expect a new phone in 2021 to be very clear ). This phone works for someone who only uses it as a phone and has an old paper address book to look up numbers.
