Alien invasion.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is very nice and clear. You can hear enemy foot steps very clearly. I tried a lot of headsets for my PC. Settled on these. The design is very futuristic looking. The touch commands are great and add to the futuristic look. Definitely out of this world.

Amazing Sound, Comfort & Battery Life!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Alienware AW920H is hands down one of the best gaming headsets I’ve used! The sound quality is incredible, with deep bass and super clear highs—whether I’m gaming, watching movies, or listening to music, everything sounds crisp and immersive. The Dolby Atmos support really makes a difference in FPS games like Call of Duty and Apex Legends—footsteps and directional audio are spot on. Comfort-wise, these are super comfy for long gaming sessions. The ear cups are soft and fit well without feeling too tight. Battery life is solid—lasts a good 30+ hours on a charge, and I love the fast USB-C charging. The wireless connection is flawless with zero lag, and you can even switch to wired mode if needed. Only small complaint? The mic quality is decent but not amazing—it’s fine for gaming and calls, but if you’re streaming, you might want a dedicated mic. Other than that, this headset is 100% worth it if you want top-tier sound, comfort, and wireless freedom!

One of the best gaming headsets
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decided to upgrade my headset for my computer and after looking for a whike decided to get theses! Definitely is a great choice they sound amazing I can wear them for long periods of time and it doesnt hurt my head or ears. Headset is super lightweight sometimes you dont even notice it. Build quality is really good made me metal and everything has held up.Sound quality is super good especially for a gaming headset the hi-res audio really goes above and beyond.Quick set up process was ready to go some sources say not to update the headset but just do whatever you feel right. Only con is it doesnt disconnect sometimes but connects back really fast.Others complained of the static noise its literally just the noise canceling doing its job boocks out a lot of things and gives you a better experience 10/10 definitely should get

Some quirks, but otherwise solid.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is great, especially with Atmos on, and the control through the Alienware Command Center is excellent. It's a little tight around the ears, but YMMV (i rather like it that way). Main issues are that Bluetooth connection has a pretty noticeable lag beyond what all my other BT devices get (using the USB dongle eliminates that problem), and the touch-based volume controls just aren't great.

Alienware AW920H - A Sonic Masterpiece in Lunar
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently upgraded my gaming audio experience with the Alienware Stereo Wireless Gaming Headset AW920H in the stunning Lunar Light finish, and I'm beyond thrilled with the results! The wireless freedom offered by the AW920H has completely transformed the way I engage with games. The absence of cords not only eliminates the hassle of managing wires but also provides the flexibility to move around without sacrificing audio quality. The wireless range is impressive, ensuring a seamless connection even in larger gaming spaces. Sound quality is where the AW920H truly shines. The immersive audio delivered by these headphones is nothing short of spectacular. The precision and clarity of each sound, whether it's footsteps in a first-person shooter or the subtle nuances of a game's soundtrack, add a layer of depth that enhances the overall gaming experience. Comfort during extended gaming sessions is crucial, and the AW920H excels in this department. The plush ear cushions and lightweight design provide a snug fit without causing discomfort. The adjustable headband ensures a customized fit, allowing me to game for hours on end without any fatigue. The on-ear controls are intuitively placed, providing quick access to volume adjustments and mic muting. The retractable, unidirectional microphone captures clear communication while effectively minimizing background noise. It's a great addition for coordinating strategies with teammates or engaging in friendly banter during multiplayer sessions. The Lunar Light aesthetic is the perfect finishing touch. The headset not only looks sleek and modern but also complements other Alienware peripherals, creating a cohesive and stylish gaming setup. Additionally, the headset's compatibility with various gaming platforms, including PC and consoles, adds versatility to its appeal. In summary, the Alienware AW920H Stereo Wireless Gaming Headset is a sonic masterpiece. With its wireless convenience, exceptional sound quality, comfort, and stylish design, it has elevated my gaming audio experience to new heights. If you're in search of a premium wireless headset that delivers on all fronts, the AW920H is an excellent choice. Happy gaming!

amazing once updated
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Alot of negative reviews out there but usually they are straight out of the box, like everything else nowadays update the firmwires from ACC app. both the dongle and headset, the touch controls seem to have improved but i dont really care to use them. ANC is not the best but it helps , works well with pc and love how i can plug in the dongle into an ipad air and get amazing clear sound vs bluetooth . 2.4ghz makes a difference. The build feels solid althoigh id be careful not to over widen them or they could snap. Rgb lighting is prob best cosmetic feature, makes them stand out

Alienware AW920H Review
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll say for my first product from Alienware. I am truly impressed for what it's worth. I will give a great 4.5 out of 5 Stars, due to the Different Ways to connect to Devices (Including Bluetooth, Adapter, and Wired Cable), Long Battery Life, Decently Comfortable Earpads, and most importantly the Audio. It really gives you the upper hand with its surround sounds as you game against people online for a long period of time.

Good
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headset is good. The default sound is okay but i use it with steel series sonar for the eq customization and it makes it a lot better. The only issues i have with it is theres a thing sticking out inside the earcups that ru s against my ear and it starts to get sore after a while. And the touch controls are not very good.

Great Headset - Poorly Attached Ear Muffs 3rd Pair
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset has been my absolute favorite after trying all different brands and types. The main Con I have is I'm on my second pair, shortly to replace with my third pair because the ear muffs are poorly attached to the banding. This is the second pair now that it's either entirely separated from the banding or is having sound issues like scratching or white noise. Besides this issue, the headset sound is amazing, the noise cancellation is better than most and I would recommend getting the headset. Just make sure to purchase the Accidental Protection because they are very easily broken.
