(Material started separating from headband and ear phones started loosening/falling off) They were still usable just not great quality for what you pay. Sound quality was good though!!! Overall definitely overpriced for what you get!

Also had some connection issues with the Bluetooth, again might be a personal issue with me being over weight and my fat blocked most of the Bluetooth signals.

Did like the fit, but was worried about longevity of the materials and build. The software was very “branded” to Alienware and hard to navigate at times. It also auto-installs through Windows which is annoying. I would have rather just wanted the defaults than a bunch of excess crud. Mom e of the “features” were experience enhancing at all.

Not worth it.

In my opinion these arnt worth $200. Audio is okay and noise cancelling feature is okay. Had horrible microphone issues and wasn’t working on my end. I ended up returning the product.

Not bad, but not what I expected.

The limited features were lack luster. Apart from the esthetics, the design or combination with material choice, the product caused my ears to become quite moist.

Works as a headset, not really practical.

Alienware does Alienware things and focuses too much on design and not on practicality. Gesture controls are not more practical than physical dials, especially on a gaming headset.

The drivers press against the ears, making them annoying for short periods of time and uncomfortable after an hour or two. No idea how comfort wasn’t considered when they tested it, if they tested it. The ANC? Negligible, like it’s not even there. This headset would have been worth it for $100 or less, the $200 price tag is just a brand tax.

Old alienware headsets are better.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This headset as an audio headset is okay quality, however, the headset cuts in and out occasionally requiring reseting the entire headset. I returned my initial headset and the replacement did the same thing even when paired to my alienware computer using command center. The noise canceling feature also turns the sound off my headset on my second pair and flat out did not work on my first pair. I went back to my old alienware headset and discarded these as I did not even want another replacement. Very disappointed with how bug riddled these are.

The problem was that the mic would mot work. It wouldn’t hook up to chat on PS5. So, I was super disappointed.
