Awesome top of the line receiver, not one issue to complain about, added alpine speakers to upgrade my system, and added alpine dash cam would not trade a thing totally happy with my purchases from best buy.

Does have a few issues with the car play. I use it for the Uber App, listen to music, maps and so forth. When you open up the Uber app somehow it take away from the media volume and goes to the navigation volume. If you attempt to turn it up the only thing it does it raise the Nav volume. I love it.

I love the big screen display but I would like the ability to install some apps on this radio. I like others and that's not available. Sometime the android CarPlay takes a while to start up while I'm driving a block or two.

Great headunit and would purchase again for another vehicle.

Great features great display i love the fact that you dont need to conect to wire to transfer navigation from your phone you just do it via Bluetooth

This radio is dope alpine make the best car stereo.

Purchased this item used. Only scratches on the back of the stereo is what was on the tag. Geek Squad said it to be working like new. Paid for it to be installed at the audio shop, they found harnesses, screws & etc missing. On top of that, the stereo did not turn on. I came out of pocket $300.00 nonrefundable at the audio shop & had to return the stereo. False advertisement saying this crap works when it didnt even turn on. Bestbuy should reimburse for the money that i spent at the audio shop for false advertisement.

Unfortunately, the unit was defective out of the box, and they could not get any more, so I switched to an Alpine

Hands down the best radio on the planet! FLAC, ALAC, and non hi-res audio sounds fantastic. Alpine has outdone themselves with this media monster!

It was actually more detailed than i thought, its a beautiful system

I went to buy a system and the price dropped. I had a sales persont that just could believe it so he run to the front nd come back. The price did drop, but look it’s sold out now. In above and beyond not to look out for the customer, and I could have saved a lot of money. So I have bought T.V. and many othe electronics, but not anymore nor would I refer any here to this location.

I returned this item and was charged again even though I returned and have the receipt to prove it.
