Great unit for the Jeep Wrangler, though on the pricey side. Chose Best Buy for the ability to get the extended warranty and the “Free” installation. Waited two weeks for the appointment and when I took my Jeep in for the install, I was informed that my free installation would be north of $300. What???? The tech told me that he would get fired if he did a free install and didn’t charge me a heavy fee. The tech even stated that he had gotten written up in the past because he didn’t charge for the free installation. Returned it for a refund and went to another Alpine authorized retailer that had free installation they didn’t charge for. What an amazing concept!
