Great Sound but No to the button controls

I definitely had to return them and ended up with the Apple Beats, which work with no problems.

Connection Issues

But.....I could not get them to stay connected to my android phone. They would connect for 30 seconds or so and then lose connection. Also....when I would remove one of them from my ear, the other would work fine. Calls to Altec Lansing customer service were always busy. (I can see why). I so wanted these to be great, but I'm afraid they are not.
